East Texas Senior Session with Classic Cars
My favorite thing about being a senior photographer is getting to highlight the unique interests and personalities of my senior clients! This senior session on some land in Bullard, Texas for a Cumberland Academy High School senior was no different! Houston has loved cars since he was little and plans to go to college with studies focused on engineering for cars. I’m sure he told me the right words for that, but it was a whole new language for me! Houston wanted to feature some classic cars in his photo shoot, and I think they turned out so great. He specifically requested some black and white pictures with the cars, and I think they are some of my favorites from the whole photo shoot. The black and white gives it a timeless feel, which was perfect!
We’ve worked on planning Houston’s senior session since last summer, but trying to coordinate everyone’s schedules, including the classic car owners, proved to be difficult. We finally got everyone together for a beautiful evening over Spring Break with two classic cars and finished the night with a few pictures of Houston with his Challenger. I definitely left this photo shoot wishing I knew more about cars, but had such a fun time with Houston, his family and the car owners, who were so friendly and willing to move their cars around to help me try and get the best light!
