Drew’s Bullard Downtown and Family Land Senior Session
I get excited for every senior session, and they are quickly becoming my FAVORITE to photograph, but I was especially excited for Drew’s senior session, since I taught with his mom for several years at Bullard High School, and loved getting to know Drew when he would come around! In fact, I had been looking forward to this session for almost a YEAR and I’m so glad we were finally able to find a time in his crazy schedule to make it happen. We lucked out with GORGEOUS weather too!
We started Drew’s senior portrait session in Downtown Bullard at XCEL properties, which used to be the Bullard drug store. After getting a few different looks downtown, we headed to his family land. I told his mom I was moving in, because it was seriously so beautiful and like I was getting mini-vacation while driving around in their Can-Am looking for locations for pictures! We got some pictures around a pond, in a field of clovers, in the middle of the dirt road (where several friends drove by and honked, haha), then finished off with sunset in the pasture! My photographer heart was SO happy with the whole evening, and I took way too many pictures.
Drew is a senior at Bullard High school and has been on the fishing team as well as an active member of FFA, which has been keeping him very busy this Spring. He also loves all things outdoors, which I loved highlighting in his senior portraits with getting some shots with his gun near a pond he hunts at! Drew plans on attending Tarleton State University in the fall to major in Agricultural Business.
Drew, thank you so much for asking me to take your senior pictures! These will forever be some of my favorites, and I loved getting to see you as you entered high school and how much you have grown and matured now as a senior!! Congratulations and best of luck!
